Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes one brand, a full kit of branded QR codes, unlimited scans, three codes you can repoint after printing, one 3D scene and seven days of scan statistics. It stays free with no time limit.

Do you charge per scan?

No. Scans are never capped or charged on any plan. A busy restaurant and a quiet shop pay the same price for the same plan.

What happens when I cancel?

Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Every printed code keeps working; codes you already repointed stay editable, and new limits apply only to new changes.

Can I switch plans or pay yearly?

Yes. Switch plans or move to yearly billing from Manage billing at any time; Stripe adjusts the charge for the rest of the period. Yearly billing costs ten months' price for twelve months.

Are prices in AED and is VAT included?

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where it applies. Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and invoices are available from Manage billing.
